Outside Sales Representatives (for aesthetic surgery devices or spa/medical spa products/devices)

Looking for outside sales reps to represent our company and promote our aesthetic surgery products/devices and/or our salon and spa products/devices (positions available for both). This position is 100% commission based. Uncapped earning potential with a lucrative commission plan. Applicant must be self-motivated, ambitious and a self-starter. Work from home and set your own schedule. 

The candidate we are looking for should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree

- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical or spa industry.
- Ability to self-manage and work from your home office (we have work space available if you’d like to work from our facility). 

- Outgoing personality and ease with customer interactions

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills

- Must be a good listener, self motivated, hard working and successful closer
- Must have the ability to create sales plans, set priorities and accomplish sales objectives.
-  Strong leadership skills

-  Exceptional customer service experience

- Pleasant, courteous, and professional phone skills

- Aggressive follow-up and closing skills

- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

What you'll be doing:
- Be knowledgable in the products/ devices we manufacture/sell
- Develop a customer base to increase sales
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships

- Generate, track and implement various marketing ideas

- Developing relationships with physicians, surgeons, spa professionals
- Promote, market and sell products/ devices.
